Research is useful when it is applicable. Based on my findings using X (Twitter) data, I built this simple tool to show how intangibles like “branding” can help accurately predict firm outcomes.

Let’s play predicting productivity with X!

  1. Type the number of mentions you want to try the tool with. A mention counts as any Tweet post including the company’s Twitter handle (i.e. @X) by any individual or entity with a Twitter account since the launch of Twitter in 2007.

  2. Select a specific country and industry sector.

  3. See how the algorithm tells how much sales per employee in USD that company would most likely have now. Notice the pattern and the differences between sectors and countries? Fascinating isn’t it?
