Understanding intellectual property protection for the protagonists of the creative economy

There is still a lack of structured and easily accessible sources of information for entrepreneurs in the creative economy about how their intellectual property rights can and should be protected.

Because of this, we saw the need to issue a comprehensive but straightforward guide to help them walk the murky waters of the legal protection of their creations and work, and enhance the chances of being adequately compensated for it.

If creators can protect their work, this can be reflected at the macro level, with more competitive nations that improve their chances of foreign investment and more growth.
